      None I can think of

      Cons

      The quality of work is appalling and so is the management. Pay is terrible and the workload unreasonable. No training given as there is no person with any knowledge to give it. There is conflict of interest between management and quality. You'll be forced to do overtime

      Dumbest and most inexperienced management at any company. If you play the political game, you're in. Your knowledge, experience, and accomplishments mean nothing compared to how you suck up.
