Staff that obviously don’t want to be there. If you hate it, then leave! But let the rest get on with a good job

Lots of potential but needs improvements

Pros

Fairly compensated compared to the industry. Solid HR group and good benefits. Good leadership in most areas. Excellent IT support.

Cons

Frugal to a fault. Runs very lean. System (LIMS) infrastructure has shortfalls that hurt the business. They are working on this, but have been for years.
