Pros

Its ok for your first laboratory job so you can say you have had laboratory experience but leave as soon as possible. Its a job but you could earn the same in a high street shop, a fast food chain or a bar and it would be far easier.

Cons

The amount of samples we have to get through in a day means you are expected to work for long hours at a very fast pace. Everyone seems to have aches and pains of some sorts. The job is exhausting, highly repetitive and far from being mentally stimulating in any way. People don't seem to stay long mainly because it is so profit driven and as a member of staff you are just a number.

Pay Check. Starter Experience only

Cons

Over worked , no advancement. Management will move you if they want or they let you go. Employees are just for making a profit and company will let really hard working good employees go in order to hire people for less pay. Management won't give you the time of day if you have problems or issues. Its best to jut do what you are told to do and nothing else.
