Didn't need any experience to get the job

Great company, great benefits, flexible hours, fun co-workers. They are flexible with your schedule. If you need to come in late or leave early they will let you make up the time instead of using your vacation to cover it. There are times you might have to work a weekend but they are flexible and will often times let you take a week day off. Overtime is there in the summer when they are busy. The winter is a bit slower so there isn't much overtime. Great benefits package (medical, dental, vision etc), matching percentages for retirement packages, PTO and Vacation time Co-workers are good people. They know how to pull together as a team and help each other out when needed. If you work hard, you'll be rewarded, it may take time but as long as your patient good things will come. They are actively working on creating more room for employee growth and advancement.
