Our Waterloo location puts a lot of thought in to organizing events and keeping the local culture fun. It is true that we are in a seasonal business which means that we ask our employees to work overtime when it is busy and take leaves when it is slow. We do this so we can offer permanent work to more employees rather than having to conduct lay-offs during the slow season. We do recognize the impact it has on our employees and try to minimize it as much as possible. We are always looking to advance great people!
