Thank you for your feedback. It is true that the work is very similar to other analytical laboratories. Having said that, for employees who show interest, we do have options to keep the work more interesting. For example we offer cross training across different departments, encourage employees to participate in the Health & Safety program and it's initiatives; and also have opportunities to get involved with our robust quality monitoring group. For employees who would like to grow their career at ALS, we have a rapidly expanding learning & development function which is introducing new training courses and other resources on a regular basis. If you would like more information on what is available to employees, you can go to the MyCareer or Learning Portal on the ALSnet (under the HR tab on homepage).
