Cons

Upper management does not have a lot of respect for their own respectful workplace policy and only cares about the bottom dollar instead of its people. Pay is low. Not enough recognition for a job well done

We can tell you that we have 3 active leadership programs in place now and more management training to be launched in 2019.

Pros

ALS staff and managers are amazing, I've always felt supported and encouraged to reach my potential even working part time. There are more learning opportunities becoming available with a cool new leadership course being offered. They often support local charities and promote internal transfers to broaden skills.

Cons

No major negatives come to mind but it would be nice to get do some site tours of other business streams, given it is such diverse company
