Pros
ALS staff and managers are amazing, I've always felt supported and encouraged to reach my potential even working part time. There are more learning opportunities becoming available with a cool new leadership course being offered. They often support local charities and promote internal transfers to broaden skills.
Cons
No major negatives come to mind but it would be nice to get do some site tours of other business streams, given it is such diverse company
