No training. Blame is used to try motivate performance. People are underpaid. Work culture is horrible - there's no where to eat your lunch other than your desk or a meeting room. They rave about having a mental wellbeing team, but don't provide the team with a budget. All staff are required to contribute via their own salaries. Very little of the job is written down in procedures or documents to refer to. Often sent out in the field to do a job you've never done before, with no or very little guidance. People have been told not to talk about their salaries or other various topics of discussion with other team members.
