Pros

Solid work patterns, day in day out it was pretty much the same so you build up a pattern. The pay was decent for not requiring any experience. Overtime was consistently available.

Cons

Mind numbing, the 4 on 4 off 12hr shifts will have you losing your grasp on reality. Gossip was the culture at my site like the staff had no life outside of it.
