      I love Alight's focus on co-creation, human-centered design and seeing people in their full light and potential. This has positioned Alight to be a leader in delivering high-quality, human-worth services to populations that are marginalised and forgotten.

      Cons

      Becoming Alight is a good opportunity to come out more bravely to challenge the status quo in the industry. This can only happen if Alight works with others. It appears this has been a major weakness in the past.
