Always room to learn. Open to suggestions, always something fun going on.

Cons

Fast turnover rate but that is typical in the humanitarian aid field. Not very inclusive.

A shrinking budget for the office I worked in that made daily operations difficult. I wish I knew more about the situation before I went.
