      Pros

      Lots of growth opportunities and some great managers. Ability to learn about different parts of the industry.

      Cons

      The downturn of the ag industry and internal reshuffling has caused a lot of internal tension in the last 18 months.

      Pros

      You will rise in the ranks quickly, if you choose to devote yourself to the job. The one good thing about this company is the pay.

      Cons

      Lack of care for general employee safety, management is uncaring, and the layoffs will be the ultimate downfall. Smashing and breaking your finger is no reason to take any amount of time off. Additionally, you will be expected to do the job of two people if you show even an ounce of dedication. Overall, wouldn’t recommend. The layoffs became an increasing issue until it eventually led to a “temporary” layoff of 5 months and counting.
