Pros

Great company value and high quality products. Plenty of work and great travel opportunities. Work environment is great. Not much micromanagement.

Cons

Severe disconnect between senior management and actual workers. Advancement is not offered to people that are successful in their roles and people are promoted from organizations that are not even relevant to the organization that they are leading. A lot of projects and not a lot of realistic planning or expectations.

There are some outstanding people working for this company. The industry, while experiencing some struggles, the company is focusing on new products and technology innovations. The benefits are also good

Cons

Not so nice CEO and senior management are weak at best. Managing by bullying. No succession planning and no-where too early through promotion. HR dysfunctional
