Location. Fortune 500 company. If you want global relo, it is an option.

Cons

Pay in my area not competitive. Human Resources is a joke here and will not get involved when issues arise. Upper level management has entitlement attitude. Nepotism is rampant. Protection of managers who are violating company policies is rampant. Narcissism is rampant. 1950's mentality towards vacation, women, and holidays is a major problem.

Competitive pay and good health benefits and 401K program. Decent career growth

Cons

The department I worked in was extremely regressive. They watched when you came, when you went and how long your lunch was. One was not judged based on work, but hours sat at their seat. Communication was never direct with the employee. People always spoke behind your back and had meetings to discuss your performance and all you heard about was through the gossip mills.
