      Pros

      Location. Fortune 500 company. If you want global relo, it is an option.

      Cons

      Pay in my area not competitive. Human Resources is a joke here and will not get involved when issues arise. Upper level management has entitlement attitude. Nepotism is rampant. Protection of managers who are violating company policies is rampant. Narcissism is rampant. 1950's mentality towards vacation, women, and holidays is a major problem.

      - Ability to work from home or remote - Ability to change jobs within the organization - Great coworkers - Flexibility for innovation

      - Doesn't listen to concerns or requests from employees - Employee bonuses are based on how well they praise their company in reviews used in board meetings - PTO caps after 3 years - No communication on what leadership is planning - No action is taken on concerns or issues that employees raise up - No plans discussed except for vague emails - No training or support for mid-level managers
