Flexibility in work hours, salary, most employees understand everything and try to help out when needed and where needed, benefits

Cons

Drive to work, layoff when orders are slow, communication is not the greatest and need to consider all employees and not take one bad thing and turn against them.

Good training and benefits offered to full time employees, the corporate ownership really cares about its employees. I was a mechanic there.

Cons

Bad management at local level, poor treatment of part time guys. I never had bay space, and never felt like I fit in.

Decent pay and benefits for employees on the floor.

Cons

Extreme lack of communication between management and workforce, as well as upper tier management and floor managers. Straight up lying from higher management, if your going to lay people off tell them, dont beat around the bush and say they will be safe.
