      Pros

      Wonderful opportunities working in a large company: exposure to multiple business units, the market gave very critical and bottom-line driven solutions to be found, and offered great benefits.

      Cons

      It was a trying time with the market, and team morale was low. Restructuring decisions were made and there was no transparency, even though that was a company value.
