      Pros

      Pleasant working environment, flexible environment. Plenty of opportunities and freedom to learn more about the products and on occasion initiate improvements. Benefits are above average if negotiated prior to accepting a position.

      Cons

      AGCO does not recognize, compensate nor make the effort to retain talented contributors to the organization.

      Pros

      Flexibility in the schedule is great and the employees are extremely knowledgeable. The company has a lot of potential because of the experience and knowledge of the employees.

      Cons

      Employees are not viewed as an asset. Management does not keep employees engaged or updated on what’s going on the opportunity to move up is minimal.

      AGCO Corporation is committed to employee growth and advancement, most departments prefer to promote from within which gives a great avenue to better yourself. They offer an extremely competitive benefits package.

      Cons

      Some of the positions in different departments require more travel than I would like, which other people may prefer.
