It is a great pleasure to come to work every day and be a part of this ever changing and growing company. Coworkers are easy going and always willing to help you succeed. Management provides you the tools necessary to complete your daily tasks and are always willing to make changes to improve the working conditions. There are frequently opportunities to advance within the company to make a larger impact and grow your career and AGCO provides the resources necessary to do so and encourage it.

Good benefits, plenty of resources to perform your job. Interesting product portfolio and chances to move within the company if you put your hand up.

Cons

Old school management is still quite present, politics to a level that decreases overall performance of teams and individuals, excessive bureaucracy.
