Management is awful does not create a positive work environment. Absolutely no diversity. Position is all busy work and doesn't push you to learn anything new. Penalized over small mistakes very early even though there is no training to speak off. Skills will plateau, outside of JDE you will learn nothing. Job description ask for business and engineering degrees but really none is needed.

They have no respect for work-life balance, long working hours are expected plus working on public holidays (as we work according to American calendar) and Saturdays which they "forget" to tell you in the interview. Also, promise of home office happened during the interview but they change their mind which is not fair as the office is not in a central location. The management is not listening to the employees and they are not capable of managing people nor qualified enough to do the job. Mostly Hungarian employees, not international.
