Salary is the only good thing I can recall. Some of the employees are great to work with as a team.

Toxic atmosphere Best fit for new graduates not mid career candidates redundant and non challenging tasks outdated CRM system management not open to ideas for change Health Benefits expensive high deductible and only 1 option to choose from Management is not the best and sets the negative tone Too many disgruntle employees that sit in the same position for 15 years and not a good reflection of the company or offer much value

Management do not care about employees, worked at AGCO for over 2 years no development my manager loved to micro manage and office politics was plentiful.
