      There are some outstanding people working for this company. The industry, while experiencing some struggles, the company is focusing on new products and technology innovations. The benefits are also good

      Cons

      Not so nice CEO and senior management are weak at best. Managing by bullying. No succession planning and no-where too early through promotion. HR dysfunctional

      Old Boy mentality, not a diverse workplace, nor are there any processes in place for global company. This company has been lucky with its past success and also to a small agricultural competition market. John Deere will continue to beat this company and their stock is dropping everyday seems like. Do your research before taking a job here!!

      Pros

      Biweekly pay, on the job luncheons often, 10 paid holidays, 1 extra day at your disposal, 10 vacay days( you have to work here at least 5 years to get more), there is no policy for sick days so take off as much as you want.

      Cons

      Too many to name.... Rude customers, incompetent staff, no organization, senior leaders are invisible, harassment lawsuits all the time
