Pros

ADT has decent work opportunities with good benefits and supportive management. It pays fairly well, too.

Cons

Management will sometimes make arbitrary decisions ("What do you mean the supporting vendors were not paid? So we have to lay off 1/2 the division because the computer messed up?) or make it appear their decisions were made up as they were going along. Division friction is constant, and NOBODY in upper management does anything about it.

Pay and remote work are the only pros I see

Cons

Scope of work, definitely a sales job regardless of the title. Metrics aren’t too bad to reach but the micromanagement of getting contracts, saves/cancellations is overboard. Overall, the company has lost the “Human” experience and is mainly concerned about metrics/revenue. Bonus can also be capped if your not in the top 5
