excellent pay structure, positive and support culture, flexible hours, great perks, good benefits, upper mgmt listens to front line workers

Cons

sometimes jobs sold can be difficult to get installed, installer availability. this is rare and is not a major issue, and has been much better as of late. install mgmt even reassigning installers to other markets to fulfill more work orders.

Gained many skills in sales and much experience in leading and training new advisors and managers. Have been able to move up as I succeeded and meet many great leaders.

Cons

Company constantly changing. Revolving door of employees. One second our pay structure looks one way the next another. Many managers received a massive drop in pay in the span of 6 months due to random changes.

Love the activities , and the farewell party was awesome

The first night rain we didn't have like a party wasn't a back plan like other years, also after the award night we should have like year ago a party with a DJ or music
