Pros

ADT Promotes from within. There are lots of growth opportunities and help with career pathing. I've been able to move my schedule, change jobs and receive promotions that fit within my ever-changing personal life for a great work/life balance. I'm not just an employee but a believer in what we do because ADT saved my sisters life by detecting a carbon monoxide leak that would have killed her entire family. I have a career with a purpose!

Cons

ADT is ever changing. I find that exciting, but some people can be challenged by our quick growth and ever-changing environment. You do have strong support to help you work through those changes. But it's good to know ahead of being hired that change is the one consistent thing within ADT. That's how ADT remains the leader in the industry even after 150 years.
