      Good commission for each sale

      Cons

      Difficult to make sales, equipment is expensive but more than that the monthly monitoring cost is much higher than competition. Management doesn't have sales experience in most cases. They have come up on the installation side or hired from outside the company

      The pay is really good.

      Cons

      It is a lot of information to learn. They will put you on phone a week in. The training is 10 weeks, so if you have anything planned , you may as well cancel.
