      Pros

      It's great to help people get their home or business protected with the best and oldest security around. ADT is very good at what they do.

      Cons

      They have changed their pay plan so many times that it's even hard for a manger to try to explain how your paid. Don't get sick, or you could loose your job if you have no pto left. They have no sick leave or pay. They treat the customer well, but not the employee's. Many people leave after awhile. And they drill you to death if a person does not buy, but just wants so info. before making a decision.
