great benefits - insurance, 401K etc flexibility of schedule great employees to work with some people make a lot of money

Cons

office falling apart high turn-over rate of employees favoritism comission only - some weeks you make money and some you don't ineffective, unorganized, low morale among employees constant berating by management

Management is not encouraged to communicate or inform. Many managers are not educated in management techniques. Company departments and channels are constantly working against each other to achieve their goals.
