Pros
Good name brand. Long history. Only national company with central stations across the country. Biggest security company in a fragmented industry.
Cons
I suppose culture varies from city to city but in my town there was none. Managers spend all day looking at numbers and on phone conferences rather than field training and support. No real set pricing, anything to " get a deal " while cuts your commissions. Time share like one call close world. Any local alarm company will beat your price. Very difficult to get appointments. They are in love with Ipad, salesforce and salesgenie thinking it is the end all be all. No one is hitting there numbers and high turnover. Used to be a great place to work years ago.
