      Lack of continuity and support, false representation of earning potential.

      Pros

      You have the freedom to create your own schedule. If you have a lot of contacts and referral partners that really want to help you, you may get the units you need monthly.

      Cons

      Need to work at least 70 hours a week to make required unit numbers. Leads are average and inconsistent. ADT dealers undercut any proposal, quote, or bid you make. Dealers can also cut the monthly monitoring fees in half. ADT doesn't care if you or the Dealer gets the location because in the end its theirs.

      benefits and plenty of overtime

      Cons

      Management are very immature and unprofessional. It has a very high school type of environment. Managers play favorites. Managers tend to promise things they can/ don't deliver. Not allot of room for upward movement. very understaffed purposely, Attendance policy is very unforgiving even if you have to be hauled away in an ambulance

      Pros

      You had a lot of flexibility with your schedule. You kinda were your own boss (kinda). My team was a great team of sales people that were really a honest group of people. We were also ADT corporate not dealers.

      Cons

      pay (commission only), your pay was effected by things you had no control over (i.e. you sold it, but install team messed up something, the paycheck that was effected was yours not the installer).
