Growth opportunity, educational support, community commitment, rewarding career where you make a real difference.

Cons

Poor image left from previous regimes do not reflect the companies focus and commitment towards an empowered engaged people centric organization. This is a new and different company but that poor image from the past will take some time to overcome.
