Pros
I worked for ADT for over one year, I could not find one pro while working there. They have become a telemarketing company in which they want you to make blind phone calls daily instead of out working in the field.
Cons
Lack of equipment and product training. Quick start to train you on the ADT way of selling. Managers who want to hear from you after every sales call to see if and what you sold. Willing to give security systems away at no charge to make the "unit" sales, so the manager makes his quota/bonus, with out caring about the commission of the sales person.
