Pros
Steady and stable job, pay is always on time and a lot of overtime if you are a workaholic or just want extra money. Standard the health benefit and employee discount offers are included, casual dress code, and listening to music is allow on the job
Cons
Always under surveillance, what time you come in, on break, leave, how much work done, quality of work and how many time you going to bathroom. Instead of spending so much time on monitoring your employees, why don't upper management, spend more time on helping customers and monitoring their homes. Wage is not the best out there in the market. Third World working environment.
