Pros

Mission, most of the co workers engaged in doing their best for the people they serve, salary was reasonable for the country.

Cons

Nepotism everywhere, it doesn't mater how prepared u are, is most important who do u know and who u are related to. No support from International office.

Career progression is good, and there are always opportunities for those who put their efforts in. It is an organization that is well respected in many countries of the world The organization is going through amazing growth and with a network in more than 120 countries, it is an organization that has a very broad reach without many limits.
