      Pros

      As everyone knows that cash is daily working, I have always busy by paying daily activities and recording all the expenses and compared with the current balance.

      Cons

      According to the policy of the organization I used over look the policy before taking an action. This guide me in the management of the cash paying and i can not go out from organization's policy.

      Difficult business environment, endemic corruption, strong cultural discrimination against outsiders, resistence to change, economic instability...all normal conditions here.
