      Pros

      Great company to work for, benefits are good including paid leave, housing and health insurance. Used to be some recreational facilities and families get together.

      Cons

      Too much politics and all is blamed on the mother company. Expats (non-UAE nationals) have no job security. 2 salary scales for employees, one for UAE the other for Expats.
