Regionally prestiguous company adds value to cv, some(altho rare) high value projects to work with

Extreme nepotism and disorganization. Tendency to hire at low level, assign high workload, responsibility, and role, with 0 promotion or raise. Very difficult to do good work due to rampant and broad poor management and decision making across the company. If youre not emirati, your perspective or value will rarely if ever be recognized, which creates massive problems and mistakes across the company. If expat, always threats of being fired and little to no opportunity for promotion, despite the wordspeak management says to their staff. HR is horrendous, painful to do anything administratively, expect lots of mistakes and problems.
