Excellent pay masters.And provide ample oppurtunity to balance between life and work.It makes me proud when i tell people that i work with ADNOC, one of the leading companies in the gulf.

Cons

Some times the issues become to buarcratic and the changes you recommend take ample time for implementation.

You will have to work 5 days in a week.

Cons

You cannot trust them at all. They don't keep their words. After taking 2-3 rounds interview they will deny saying you are not UAE citizen. HR will keep you wandering in loop and everyone is a big liar there.
