You get bonuses. Get weekends off.

Cons

The CSM is always the fall guy. No matter what happens, the CSM will always be blamed. The company promises raises every 6 months but don't actually give any. The bonuses, at maximum, are about $80 in a month. They say they hire from within but in order for that to happen, you have to have a whole shop behind you ready to quit if they don't hire from within.

Fun and honest staff. The company really does try and do the right thing for customers and employees. They provide necessary cert training/classes.

Cons

Highly Inconsistent work load. It's either extremely busy or nothing to do.
