Provided opportunities to improve job knowledge and advance in the company. I started as a CSM/Estimator and now manage a shop. Compensation is quite fare and the bonuses are generous when you qualify.

Cons

Hours can be quite long.

I have been in the industry for over 30 years, ABRA is extremely focused on quality of the repairs for customer cars, also they are very focused on making it a great place to work. I found that Health Care costs were very competitive with that of larger companies.

Cons

At the present time with ABRA no "cons"
