      - global company with diverse international workforce - very professional team and work environment - convenient location - close collaboration with EC and senior management: - opportunities for learning - great networking possibilities

      Cons

      - shareholders given too much power to dictate organisational direction - too much focus on the bottom line to the detriment of all else - organisation is in chaos - ongoing budget cuts - employees overloaded above their limits with work - highly political - many good people are either leaving or been fired - complex organisation, decisions can take time. - IT infrastructure is a mess

      Good work life balance. Not much work pressure. Job security is fairly good.

      Cons

      Compensation is pathetic. No added perks at all. Don't dream of anything apart for salary. Manager oriented company, hence favoritism. Learning curve is slow and even slower progression. Apart for core divisions, lagging in other technologies..
