I worked in ABB in Krakow for a few months in HR. This was the worst job experience of my whole life. They treat you really bad, no value at all. it's all about numbers. They don't care about people even a bit. If you care about your health please do not apply for this company ever or at least not for HR jobs in GBS. There's d iscrimnation, no trasparency and only back sta_ bing besides the fact that you won't learn anything interesting.

Pros

Nothing beside heavy duty works with some overtimes.

Cons

Keep the temp worker from temp to temp forever . Some even longer than years, very heavy duty works with very low paid and no benifics. Even your supervisor and co workers wrote the good work on you. But if the company has no full time position come up. You still need to work as a temp until you can't afford and find a new job. Very hopeless company to work for.
