      Do you love politics but don’t think you are cut out to be the local mayor yet you yearn to play games and backstab your colleagues? Do you get called a bully but feel that you should be encouraged to coerce and manipulate people? Do you feel that you are really good at passive aggressive behavior? Does lying come naturally to you? Then you are what ABB is looking for! Welcome to ABB, leave your morals and humanity at the door when you enter.

      Cons

      You might have some annoying colleagues who want to follow the rules and do a good job which just doesn’t play into your agenda while you try to backstab your boss, so you can get his job. Sometimes your client finds out you lied but try to cover that up and place blame on others.

      Pros

      Pro learning and development for their Employees, true Global organization with a great deal of global movement within the organization.

      Cons

      Too many organizational changes and cost cutting efforts leaving the employee base a bit in doubt about their longevity with the company. The result of multiple acquisitions and consolidations, and sell offs - thus a feeling of an organization not quite ever feeling like you're on secure footing in terms of job security.
