Terrific set of colleagues who come from diverse backgrounds. Reasonably laid back, yet professional work culture.

Cons

At times it feels as though all significant decisions are made in Europe, and then there is a sense of isolation from the "mother ship".

Industry leader/good products; fair salary; strong push for ethics and code of conduct.

Cons

Management definitely not in touch with employees or customers. Very slow response times, very mundane existence. The internet and intranet websites have NEVER been useful or well laid out. Very intense work environment.

Flexible hours. Most days are low stress unless something pressing comes along

Cons

HR is slow to hire anyone, but quick to release people. Support is rarely given when needed on crucial jobs, Information is not shared well between different offices.
