Most of the general population of people are pretty nice.

Cons

If you love politics and arguing more internally than spending time with customers, this the place for you. Do you love backstabbing and making bad economic (shareholder) decisions in order to look good, then this is the place for you. Do you like to take on small problems and then jump to a new position in 2-3 years, leaving the big problems behind, then this is the place for you.

Gained a lot of experience, multicultural exposure, the best "work & travel" program I experienced, a lot of fun on 3 continents

Cons

A lot of travelling as commissioning engineer, very little time for family, grossly underpaid - the travelling allowances made up some of that difference
