Good work life balance. Flexible timings. Learning opportunities in the domain side. Opportunities to work in cross cultural international teams.

Cons

Salaries are not upto the market standards. If you are in a non automation role, there is a limit career growth opportunities.

Lots of opportunities, present in a lot of countries, brings chance to know many different cultures.

Cons

Too burocratic. Even though company's policy says managers can't block employees to move o other roles, the practice is that managers do that all the time.

Well compensated and good benefits. It has a very diverse culture . You get a chance to interact with different team across the globe which was a good learning experience for me.

Cons

Higher Management is very slow in making decisions
