Everyone is very down to earth and easy to talk to, right up ot the CEO. Weekly corporate newsletter keep us in the know. The company has always been transparent with how we stand against our goals.

None. You are expected to be on call 24/7 while barely being paid for 40 hours.

Cons

Inefficient dispatch team relies heavily on territory managers to do their jobs for them. You have to keep your work phone with you anywhere you go even when you go to bed at night.
