Cons

Bare minimum salary. Overworked with strict adherence for break and lunch times. Zero competent management. Dispatch is actually just cuatomer service. Inability to perform your role as dispatch due to terrible management. Absolutely no communication.

We greatly appreciate you taking the time to write a review about your experience with AAA Club Alliance! While we do offer about 7 holidays per year, we also include 1 floating holiday which Associates can use at their discretion. Also, most of our stores are closed on Sundays and full-time Associates receive 2 weeks of accrued PTO within their first year and it will grow for most Associates after their 4th year. We also offer the opportunity to carry over days into the next year along with a PTO cash out program for select roles. We strive to create a healthy work/ life balance for all our Associates which is why we have these benefits available. Thank you for all that you do for AAA Club Alliance!
