change the job titles and duties so when you think you were hired for one job that's not what you end up doing, you end up doing duties that have no benefit for you and a bonus

Great vacation time available, health benefits are excellent, semi flexible hours based on store type, rapid growth company wide with new CCITs opening within our footprint.

Cons

There are Director level employees who don't know how to effectively and maturely communicate with others and there isn't anything done from a VP or GM level. We keep being told to 'hang on' or 'just give it time' but it's been 18 months and things have only gotten worse.
